Pens in stock ordered by 12.00 noon Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Pens ordered Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday will be dispatched next working day.
Pens not in stock will usually be dispatched within five working days. In the unlikely event where this is not possible we will advise you of this at the earliest opportunity and inform you of the expected delivery date.
