Serenite's graceful curves illuminate an original and sensual reinvention of the modern writing instrument. The Serenite’s cap and barrel are machined from a solid block of metal then lacquered into a rich Waterman blue. Each fine instrument is then polished manually and protected with a hand-applied transparent varnish. The sterling ring is shaped by lost wax metal casting, hand polished, and coated with nickel/palladium. A sterling strip engraved with “Waterman” receives the sterling pen clip when the cap is placed at the back of the pen; the cap turns with the user-friendly twist system and fits into the pen body with a click. The Serenite’s unique curvature fits well and comfortably in the hand, while its flat ends allows the pen stand in vertical perfection when not in use.
